Placing Orders Online

When an order is placed online you will be guided through the process via a secure service provider (an SSL-encypted https) with SagePay prior to processing your debit or credit card card details.

Please follow the easy on screen instructions and when the order is completed an order confirmation email will be sent to you.

You can also select Paypal once you've added your shipping address. 

Payment by Phone

We are able to process verbal card payments securely over the phone for orders under £300.00. The billing and delivery will need to be the same address. All telephone orders will be checked by SagePay prior to dispatch.

Payment by BACS

Please call or email our customer service team who will create an invoice and provide you with the relevant information. All payments are to be made to The Stone and Tile Company Ltd - Lloyds, where the sort code and account number will be detailed on the invoice.

Payment by PayPal

If you prefer we can send you a secure PayPal link so you can pay by debit or credit card. An invoive will be raised of which would ask you to check and then we will send a payment link by email.
